A division of Found You Online, Inc. is an online dating and reunion service. Individuals 18 years of age and older may register to become members of FoundYouOnline.com .

4. Screen name guidelines

You agree that you will not use Screen Names that:

2. Victimize, harass, degrade or intimidate an individual or group of individuals on the basis of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation. Hate speech is unacceptable anywhere on the service.

4. Incite or encourage illegal activity; for example, illegal drug use.

7. Impersonate or represent any person or entity in an attempt to deceive, harass or otherwise mislead another member.

5. No Posting of Email Addresses to profile.

No posting of telephone numbers to profile.

No posting of nude or pornographic material in profile.

No affiliate or sales links.

No links to other social networks.

We may delete or modify your profile in regard to not following these guidelines.

6. Subscription Terms of Service:

THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IS A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("SUBSCRIBER", "YOU," "YOUR" OR "YOURSELF"), AS THE END USER, AND FOUNDYOUONLINE.com (Found You Online, Inc.) PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY PRIOR TO USING FOUNDYOUONLINE.COM PREMIUM SERVICE (THE "SERVICES"). BY REGISTERING FOR THE SERVICES, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. A. Access

Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. 8. Disqualification

Found You Online, Inc. and FoundYouOnline.com are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections; miscommunications; failed telephone or computer transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this website will be disqualified from participation, and their membership with FoundYouOnline.com , if any, will be revoked. This includes but is not limited to any posting of false information, inflammatory or abuse language, posting of nudity or other offensive material.

9. Anti Spam Policy

Persons or members who generate or attempt to generate unsolicited email advertisements spamming (sending unsolicited email/internal email messages) will be banned from FoundYouOnline.com These persons or members will be permanently disqualified from any further participation with FoundYouOnline.com

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on the Website, including all User Submissions, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos and interactive features ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Found You Online, Inc. Content on the Website is provided to you "AS IS" for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, reverse engineered, de-compiled, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without Found You Online, Inc prior written consent. Found You Online, Inc reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website. D. You also hereby grant each user of the Website or other viewer of the User Submission a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions, all for non-commercial and personal use.

E. F. You understand that when using the Website, you will be exposed to User Submissions from a variety of sources, and that Found You Online, Inc is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Submissions. You may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against Found You Online, Inc with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold Found You Online, Inc, its owners, affiliates, employees, agents and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Website.
